It appears that Obama is using mob tactics once again to silence dissenters. Apparently the administration has set up a way for concerned citizens to "rat-out" anyone who might voice "phony" concerns over ObamaCare. And then you have this guy in St. Louis who is passing out "Don't Tread on Me" flags who is assaulted by some SEIU members. Is this what it's come down to- silencing the opposition at any cost? Seriously folks, whats next? Are we going to start seeing those who dissent from the ideas of this administration get "whacked?" Admittedly, maybe thats a little out there, but then again I honestly would have never thought that Id see the day where the United States government would start asking citizens to report "phony" concerns.
I would like to leave you with a quote from James Madison in Federalist Papers no.62
"“It will be of little avail to the people that the laws are made by men of their own choice if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is today, can guess what it will be tomorrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known and less fixed?”
